Thanks for the PR! The closest english page I found was https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_territories_of_members_of_the_European_Economic_Area and it's quite a mess to figure out the state of these territories.

I'm think going to have to add some more data to deal with the particularities of these territories, since they are part of the EU, but in several cases, they are outside the Schengen Area, or EU VAT Area

Also only some of them have a ISO3166 code. Don't hesitate to tell me if I can help in any way.
