I want to highlight here that all the JD* clan has also T28282C which is directly in the Kozak Sequence of Orf9B:

Kozak sequence is the OPTIMUM sequence preceding (&Following) the Start Codon enhancing (the more is similar to the Kozak sequence) or reducing (the less is similar to the ideal sequence) the initiating translation :

So the T28282C greatly improve the Kozak Sequence of Orf9b in all JD. lineages:
