This is the BA.2.75.3 sublineage with S:F486S on top of the BA.2.75.3 polytomy
It does not include the S:F486S lineage in BA.2.75.3 with ORF1a:1198K - this is a homoplasic occurrence of S:F486S.
There are around 80 sequences of this right now on GISAID - a lot of which have been uploaded in the past few days.
