District-wise data is not consistent. Please check the attached pdf which I just downloaded from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Here in case of Rajasthan Sikar and Pali districts 1 confirmed case each but on https://www.covid19india.org/ it is showing 0 for both.

We are on the constant process of reconciling data with state bulletins. There could be a delay.
Will look at this. THanks for reporting
