Closing in favor of #1862 Thank you @praveentiru for translating the strings, however, we've streamlined a different workflow to allow translations to be made easier and manageable!

Description of PR
Existing telugu translation has numerous nouns which have been left as English words. This has been fixed. Moreover, I have replaced certain telugu words for improved understanding.
