San Bernardino County is showing a spike in recoveries in San Bernardino County, California, on July 17. The 199,767 recoveries it’s showing is far more than the cumulative number of cases by that point – nearly the entire population of the county, in fact:

The county’s dashboard reports 13,315 recoveries on July 17.
