add new contributors

For the sake of this wonderful plugin, if you do not have time to maintain it, please add one or two mode contributors to the project, so they can commit code, deal with issue and make a new releases.

While I cannot say that I will be able to make any commitments, I do have a strong interest in keeping this addon usable because I rely on it.

I think nobody likes to have to dig forks for getting fixes for known bugs. T

I made a fork in integrated changes from most other forks.

If anyone is interested into contributing to jquery-replacetext, I invite you to use https://github.com/jsContribs/jquery-replacetext

I will add you to jsContribs group as soon I get the first pull request.
