Useful commands

• ./cdk-cli-wrapper-dev.sh deploy deploy this stack to your default AWS account/region
• ./cdk-cli-wrapper-dev.sh diff compare deployed stack with current state
• ./cdk-cli-wrapper-dev.sh synth emits the synthesized CloudFormation template
