Plugin on top of Javascript Backgournd Services, which starts it on new picture taken with camera, and on wifi connection.
It relies on ACTION_NEW_PICTURE broadcast intent, and perform a debounce launch of the service.
Android only (SDK >= 14 - ICS).
Cordova will check all dependencies and install them if they are missing.
