Relatif à #2297

Idéalement on devrait faire un système plus intelligent pour récupérer la timezone de l'utilisateur (probablement via la stack) et se baser dessus, et non sur l'heure locale (qui est celle du serveur, soit UTC pour les serveurs cozy)
