[Filename] Add MidEllipsis in Filename component #2019

It could be interesting to see the beginning and end of the file name using the Filename component (via MidEllipsis component).

Possibly via a prop, for more flexibility in some cases?

But the behavior is not viable, the name is truncated while there is still space left

Exemple in Viewer component (for the title):
