Not only excluding files that lie under Perl6 directory, it'd be better to see if META6 file exists in a tarball.

Is it the same issue I watched?

I ported one of my Perl5 modules to Perl6. It has the same name.

Perl5:
Github: LCS-BV
Module: LCS::BV
Kwalitee: 100.00

Perl6:
Github: P6-LCS-BV
Module: LCS::BV
Kwalitee: 67.74 (released by PSIXDISTS).

They are different modules but mismatched on CPANTS

I uploaded P6-LCS-PV including a META6.json to Panda. Maybe the package is not latest best practice.

But who is PSIXDISTS and why created such confusion?

It now shows the wrong kwalitee-badge on CPAN and Github.

No. I think yours is a regression when I started using a new experimental module called Parse::Distname. I started regenerating databases. This maintenance may take a little longer because I'm away from home now, but I hope the problem will be gone in a few days. Sorry for the inconvenience.
