Bold markdown heading lines #133

Lines that start with one or more hashes # are markdown headings.

Bolding these lines would go a long way towards making notes more readable.

For some users, lines that start with # are just comments in snippets of code pasted into notes. Please don't add any features that presume we are using a certain conevention for plain text formatting in our notes. Relevant is that Simplenote also does not recognize this formatting standard.

This is already implemented in the current version (with no regard for whether it's part of a Markdown header or otherwise), so can we close this issue?

@brightghost If the current behavior—that is, that anything that starts with a # is bold-faced—I'd recommend a separate issue to make that configurable.
