Get into development

Install the dependencies...

npm install

...then start Rollup:

npm run dev

Navigate to localhost:8080. You should see the app running.
This startup does not include starting the backend and therefore will not allow you to load any data.
Edit a component file in src, save it, and reload the page to see your changes.

To start the application with the backend expressjs-Server, run:

npm run dev:server

Navigate to localhost:8080. You should see the app running.
Now the frontend will not reload on changes, but the backend is used for providing data.
The backend reloads on changes to the server.js-file.

To be able to include data, you will have to configure a Codebeamer connection.
