But it worked before correctly. I cannot determine, which data is missing. There is time, distance.
The error message is:

This activity was not synchronized to the following services:

Endomondo: This activity is missing data required for synchronization.
Strava: This activity is missing data required for synchronization.
RunKeeper: This activity is missing data required for synchronization.
Dropbox: Dropbox does not support stationary activity upload.

seems to be fixed, by deleting the activity from GC and entering it again.
Does it mean however, that tapiriik has now kind of persistent cache, that once processed activity will be not checked again? Thus if you delete an already synchronized activity from other services it will be not synchronized again (as it happened before)? Also, the removed activity remains on the tapiriik.com/activities list.

Yes - this has always been the case. Since tapiriik doesn't actually check the entire account history during every synchronization, it needs to locally remember which activities are synchronized (to avoid duplicates).

As for the actual issue with the swimming activities: not sure, will need to investigate.
