Summary

We discussed what we should do with the Library Fundamentals v3 Technical Specification. It's been a work in progress for a number of years, but efforts on it have slowed as we have increasingly moved away from using Library Technical Specifications. There was consensus that the status quo - continuing to invest effort into it - was not acceptable.

However, it was less clear what we should do instead. P2361 proposed that we should publish the TS as-is, but we did not have consensus for that. Eventually, we reached a consensus that we don't want to publish the Library Fundamentals v3 TS, but we do want to consider its contents for inclusion into a future C++ Standard. Those evaluations will likely need to happen before Library Evolution has consensus to formally close the TS.

Next Steps

Take an electronic poll on publishing the Library Fundamentals v3 Technical Specification.
