Add baseclasses source files and build step to SVN repositiory

I'd like to have this feature in the programm:

Add the baseclasses source files to the build. We already have the baseclasses 
header files in the repository at the moment.

Will also need the baseclasses if we create a standalone project for the 
internal filters in Graph Studio Next.

Would make building Graph Studio Next much simpler.

Fixed by r170 : Changed projects to add dependencies on baseclasses project.
Changed to static libraries to minimize deployment hassle.
