Add "libarchive" package

• This package has next dependencies (none are required, it would be useful to have a few of them).
  • ZLIB (optional, available in Hunter: https://hunter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/packages/pkg/ZLIB.html)
  • BZip2 (optional, available in Hunter: https://hunter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/packages/pkg/ZLIB.html)
  • LZMA (optional, available in Hunter: https://hunter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/packages/pkg/lzma.html)
  • lz4 (optional, available in Hunter: https://hunter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/packages/pkg/lz4.html)
  • zstd (optional, available in Hunter: https://hunter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/packages/pkg/zstd.html)

Some I'm not sure about:

• iconv (it can use the system one on macos/linux at least?)

And more that I don't really need

• lzo2 (optional, not available in Hunter)
• libb2 (optional, not available in Hunter)

It looks like libarchive installs pkg-config files, is a fork really needed? I thought hunter directly supported projects like that: https://hunter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/creating-new/create/autotools.html#autotools
