latest knative installable for windows doesnt have executable. We have to download it and rename it to .exe and then install it. Is this a bug?

@ashoksimson to clarify, you are suggesting that we add a .exe suffix when binary is released. right?

cppforlife the instructions given in the release page for installing knative on windows doesnot work. Is the installer for windows designed to work as .exe?

@ashoksimson what kind of error message are you getting? knctl-windows-amd64 is an executable (though should be renamed with .exe), compiled via https://github.com/cppforlife/knctl/blob/master/hack/build-binaries.sh#L21.

i've added .exe extension in v0.3.0 build. feel free to reopen if it doesnt help.
