Apparently, on 30ms max-transaction-time current level generation implementation is not sufficiently optimised. Level cells concept needs some revisiting, or some logic can be deferred - for example unlock verification (check for vector intersection) definitely can be deferred. If it will be enough, then we're good to go further.
