Replace log4j with logback in agent

Log4j is still causing errors, even after applying classloader isolation to the agent. I suspect that this is due to it loading a bunch of stuff from service files in the META-INF directory. We should try out logback and see if that can be isolated a little easier (since it doesn't seem to have any such mechanisms)
