Unable to save channel entries after upgrade to build 25 #1935

Description

After updating to build 25 Craft is failing to create an entry in channel section.

Steps to reproduce

1.Upgrade from build 23 to 25
2. Create new entry in channel section, press save.
3. Following error occurs:
craft3build25error

Additional info

Craft version: Craft Pro 3.0.0-beta.23
PHP version: PHP/7.1.1
Database driver & version: PostgreSQL 9.6.2
