There is a hard limit in the src/base/SubscriptionGateway.php file that prevents displaying anything more then 100 plans from Stripe. This is in the getSubscriptionPlans method on line 282. I'll submit a PR shortly in attempts to address the issue.

This has been fixed for the next release. Will let you know here once it is out.
