The pop up apear many times after the 1st confirmation

Current behavior:

After clicking on confirmation button for the 1st time the second time i open the dialog it shows 2 dialogs one over the others and the next time it shows 3 and so on.

Im using Ajax to show up the button that trigger the dialog confirmation!
