Button Spacing specifically for mobile devices

Hi, is it possible to space the buttons out. I have created a confirmation dialog and the YES and NO buttons are really close when working on a mobile device.

At the moment I have a work around of creating a middle grey button to space it out a bit, though that spoils your great theming. Would be great if I could shuffle the YES button to the left and the NO button to the right of the dialog
