功能取向的外掛，設定上較前作(koala's WC3 tool)困難 但功能上強大很多
功能:
無上限自訂按鍵, Pastebot, FastGame, 多國語言輸入輔助, 寬螢幕維持4:3視窗, 視窗化鎖滑鼠, 老闆鍵隱藏War3, 輸入法切換時自動開關熱鍵, 多開部分支援, 反延遲功能 (latency reducer)
要安裝Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 可轉散發套件 才能執行
