Add game api

Implemented game API and roster API. This is a quick implementation. Depending on how the mobile app uses games information, it needs to change the format.

I don't think team names will work very well in the endpoints. You need to pass an ID to a team, not a string.

Please try and follow the same Python coding and SQL conventions in your code as the current app.py
