are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 (or at your option any 
later version) because they contain modifications to code that is either licensed 
under the GNU General Public License version 2 (or at your option any later 
version) or under the GNU General Public License version 3 (or at your option
any later version).

The rest is licensed the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 (or at your 
option any later version). To quote the particularly applicable part of the
GNU Affero General Public License version 3:
