Licence for the Use of the R Package "PredictiveRegression"

1. Ownership of the Package

Copyright in PredictiveRegression (the Package) is owned by Royal
Holloway, University of London (RHUL).

2. Licence

Subject to the terms and conditions you are granted a non-exclusive,
royalty-free licence by RHUL solely for the purposes of:

a copying and distributing copies of the Package's source code
b running the Package
c making adaptations (derivative works) based on the Package
d copying and distributing adaptations based on the Package

3. Conditions

a This licence must be distributed with the Package or any adaptation
  (derivative work) of the Package.
b The source code must be distributed with the Package or any adaptation
  of the Package.
c Commercial use is prohibited without the permission of the Research
  and Enterprise Office, Royal Holloway, University of London, Egham,
  Surrey TW20 0EX, UK.

4. Limitations

a This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind,
  either express or implied, including but not limited to the
  merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
  non-infringement of IP rights.  The authors and copyright holder shall
  not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in
  contract, tort, or otherwise arising out of, or in connection with,
  the software.
b This license relates solely to the use of copyright in the Package and
  adaptations of the Package for non-commercial purposes.  It does not
  grant rights in any related patents, in particular, "Data
  classification apparatus and method thereof" (published as WO0028473
  (A1)).
