Let new users know about the current status of the project

Added Nicks response from Discord to the Readme.md file.

I have further updated the readme with the Nicks response from Crater Server and fixed a typo in the title. |

@mohitpanjwani please merge if project is no longer in maintenance. I have allowed edit by maintainers so you can change the readme message but this must be made public, so people know Crater is not in active dev. |
