Release new version.

This is simply a request to release a new version of the gem to rubygems.org

The main reason for this change is the addition of the caching which was added 7 months ago (PR #27). The addition of this feature was a very significant change which is highly needed by people using puppet with lots of hiera lookups.

Currently the only way to install this gem is to manually package it and install on servers. This is highly undesirable as it is cumbersome and breaks the ability to use package management.
One solution would be to fork the gem and release it under a new name in rubygems.org, but this is also highly undesirable.

The last release was also well over a year ago. I think this feature is significant enough (and old enough) to warrant a new version release.

Yep - I agree - I'll be releasing a new version this week.... I'll release it as a gem but the recommended installation method is to install the module off the forge.
