add to end of PreprocessTraining:
tee ~/deep3m/model/inception_residual_train_prediction_1fm/train_file.txt ~/deep3m/model/inception_residual_train_prediction_3fm/train_file.txt ~/deep3m/model/inception_residual_train_prediction_5fm/train_file.txt < ./train_file.txt >/dev/null

Should PreprocessTraining create train_file.txt or is it done somewhere else now?

CreateTrainJob.m does it now and puts it in the directory it creates. I'm going to close this since no further work is needed on this.
