download froyo source from Google

git clone git://android.git.kernel.org/platform/manifest.git -b froyo

and place lights.c to
hardware/msm7k/liblights

then compile..

luhch  full_dream-user
make -j4


/target/product/dream/system/lib/hw/lights.msm7k.so

to rename lights.<TARGET>.so

ex. SC-02C (japanese sgs2)
   lights.SC-02C.so

and replace current phone library.

adb remount
adb push lights.SC-02C.so /system/lib/hw/
adb reboot

at own your risk!
