This looks good, but can you give some specifics as to what language this is for and be able to add it to the README file as well?

Looks like it's for the black formatter for Python.

Oh I see, thanks for the clarification @DanielLoney !

@vianney-g looks like it's missing rootPatterns, else the formatter won't work as intended via diagnostic langserver. If you could add the root patterns and also docs to the readme file, I'll be good to merge this PR 🙂
