This SourceMod plugins disables logging by setting "log off" for warmup rounds and sets "log on" for regular rounds. One use might be if you don't want HLstatsX to log player activities during warmup.
Move the disable-loggin-in-warmup.smx into your SourceMod plugins folder.
This should work out of the box without any configuration.
