Security Updates

A lot more security!

Things are more stable and run well. Auth is complete so far.

Room Categories cannot be deleted if they have a Room assigned to them.

Authentication and Roles.

This release contains further styling changes and more refined application flow.

There are issues in this release such as the authentication covering the application.

Seeds file has now been fixed to work with devise.

This release contains the basic setup of the site. With some styling and view implementations.
