Description of your changes
Because the various self-hosted runners available for the
upboundGithub organization are not available for thecrossplane-contriborganization, we are switching to thestandard-runnersbranch ofupbound/uptestto make the CI jobs run on standard hosted runners.I have:
make reviewableto ensure this PR is ready for review.backport release-x.ylabels to auto-backport this PR if necessary.How has this code been tested
Will be tested in the CI pipelines.
