Packaging crosstool-ng, what should be the license?

I am packaging crosstool-ng in nixpkgs.What should I list it's license as?

crosstool-ng itself is GPLv2, the patches we carry are licensed under the license of the package they apply to. Hopefully COPYING in the source explains this sufficiently.
