[Bug] Import Setup -> Mouse down inside modal, mouse up outside modal closes modal

Describe the bug
When importing a setup, the modal disappears when, for example, selecting text in an answer box and releasing the mouse button outside of the modal. It happens with mouse up events regardless of where mouse down events happened.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Import Setup and import a setup
2. Click in the modal and drag the cursor outside of the modal
3. Release mouse button

Expected behavior
Mouse down or mouse down and mouse up all outside of the modal should close the modal, mouse down in the modal and mouse up outside of the modal should not change anything.
