cscli machines requires direct DB access (so in case of multi-machine setup, can only run on the local API), but nothing indicates that (except a error message in cscli machines add : "Register a new machine in the database. cscli should be on the same machine as LAPI.").

It should be made obvious that it uses direct database connection.
