REMIX DEFAULT WORKSPACE

Thi ssmart contract implemets a multi user Ethers Lock functionality. The deployed smart contract would be assigned the deployed address as the owner, the contract allows users to Lock funds thay have sent to the smart contract for a year.
The locked funds are billed a fixed tax and they are only allowed to withdraw funds when the lock time elapses.
The Tax or fee billed on the locked funds is to be withdrawn only by the smart contract owner.
