• Add --sync-start flag to archive. The flag tries to sync the timing of all downloaded audios to match one video. This may not always work, in such case the command continues for the current episode as if --sync-start wasn't set
• Add {{account.token}}, {{account.id}}, {{account.profile_name}} and {{account.email}} output option to search command
• Remove deprecated {resolution} output format option
• Fix false-positive rate limit detection (again) (#368)
