Add examples for reverting downsampling of symmetry expanded particles and 3D vol series connection #56

The first example added, in examples/upscale-expanded-particles.ipynb, is from this discussion forum post.

The second is from Hannah's internal request to plug all the volumes from a Volume Series into an import job, and from there into a 3D Class job.
