Brief

The project doesn't have a developer environment yet, which means, everyone has to set up his own if wants to participate, which could be a time-consuming job.

Task

Your job is to create a developer environment, based on Vagrant or Docker. The developer environment should be able to build all the codebase and run it, even C, WASM, or WASI.
