Sometimes what holds people back from throwing a cryptoparty, is that they need some who is knowledgeable about encryption.

We should try to make this easier by having a "I need someone who can come and help at a Cryptoparty" functionality.

Simply put, when you signup you can say if you want to be a part of the "Cryptoparty Heroes". When someone creates a party and checks a "I need someone to teach us crypto" box, everyone in the "Cryptoparty Heroes" get notified and can declare if they can help or not.
