"Delete" command error #123

Describe the bug
Typing in "delete c/CS2103T" should work, as per the User Guide, but instead it shows Invalid command format.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open App
Type in"delete c/CS2103T"
It displays invalid command format, which differs from User Guide

Expected behavior
The command "delete c/CS2103T" should work as per the User Guide, but it doesn't

argument c/CS2103T for delete is an additional feature yet to be implemented. user guide will be updated
