LAMP server. Tested with PHP 5.3 and MySQL 5.5.37
Some trivial changes (references to our local environment) will be required since this was custom made for our department. These references will eventually be removed and paremeterized in proper configuation files. Help us identify these changes by submitting bugs/issues.
