Using Unity's new input manger and Mirror networking for utilizing synchronous vibration between the host controller and the client's controller

Client and server build comes with a Simple UI to control vibration pattern, Time, Frequency, and vibraton toggles.

UI also includes a time durration display and motor utilization indicators
