Work around Gmail Reply-To bug #20

The emails generated by Send Feedback are sent as kukuicup [at] hawaii.edu, but with Reply-To set to the user that asked the question. Unfortunately, apparently Gmail ignores Reply-To if the From line matches one of the configured sending email addresses.

So we could work around this bug if we change the From line (only for Send Feedback!) to be some other email address (like one of the developers).
