MEDLINE Study

The code and data for this study produced the paper and conference proceeding below. This research project has concluded, and this repository has been archived (made read-only).

Longitudinal study of five MEDLINE platforms.

This GitHub repository holds data and code for an analysis of search count results for 145 queries run across five MEDLINE databases including PubMed, EBSCOHost, Ovid, ProQuest, and Web of Science.

The first paper from the initial data collected in this study was published in JMLA. See the medline-jmla-2019 for details.
